MoneyOval ❚ Syndication Policy
MoneyOval is committed to providing high-quality, fact-checked journalism across finance, business, technology, and innovation. We recognize that other platforms, organizations, and publishers may wish to share or distribute our content through legal syndication.
This page outlines our policy for syndicating MoneyOval content—including eligibility, usage terms, approval process, and legal guidelines. By requesting syndication rights, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.
a. What is syndication?
Syndication refers to the authorized redistribution or republication of original MoneyOval content—in full or in excerpt—by third-party platforms. This ensures our reporting can reach a broader audience while protecting intellectual property rights, author credit, and editorial integrity.
MoneyOval offers syndication for select articles under non-exclusive licenses and with prior written permission.
b. Eligible Entities for Syndication
MoneyOval accepts syndication requests from the following categories, subject to review:

- Educational institutions and training academies
- Research and policy organizations, including think tanks
- Government and regulatory bodies
- Corporate blogs and knowledge hubs
- RSS Feed Aggregators (with limited and clearly attributed use)
Websites that promote disinformation, engage in unlawful activity, or breach MoneyOval's ethical and editorial policies are not eligible for syndication.
c. Types of Content Available for Syndication
The following types of editorial work may be considered for syndication:
- Market news, updates, and insights
- Data-backed explainers and financial analysis

Please note: Premium or subscriber-exclusive content is not available for syndication unless a commercial licensing agreement is in place.
d. Terms and Conditions of Syndication
All syndicated use of MoneyOval content is subject to the following core conditions:
i. Attribution
You must include a visible byline and clearly state, “Originally published on MoneyOval,” with a direct hyperlink to the original article.
ii. No Unauthorized Edits
The original content must not be altered, edited, paraphrased, or rewritten without express permission. Any changes for clarity, length, or formatting must be pre-approved.
iii. Non-Exclusive Use
All syndication rights are non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate, written license.
iv. Image & Media Usage
Images, videos, charts, or third-party media used in our articles may not be republished without securing proper usage rights or credits from the original creator. MoneyOval is not liable for third-party copyright claims if republished unlawfully.
v. Monetization
Syndicated content may not be used in a context that violates our ethical standards or alongside misleading ads, clickbait headlines, or financial scams. If the traffic source is ad-driven, we must discuss the monetization of republished content in advance.
vi. Editorial Integrity
Syndicated material must retain the original tone, intent, and headline—and cannot be used to misrepresent MoneyOval’s stance or suggest endorsement.
vii. Duration and Distribution Scope
If approved, the syndication right is limited to the agreed time and geographic or digital scope. Republishing on multiple platforms (web, app, email, print, etc.) must be declared in advance.
viii. Right to Revoke
MoneyOval reserves the right to revoke syndication permissions at any time without cause. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate legal action or DMCA takedown requests.
